The building restoration project aims to meet the structural safety and energy efficiency requirements,
pursuing an overall upgrade of both interiors and exteriors. This involves measures to strengthen the load bearing structures made of reinforced concrete, remove the vulnerability factors of the non-loadbearing structural elements, apply a decorative exterior insulation system along the entire perimeter, install an anti-intrusion system and also a ventilation system in the educational premises. Associated works are carried out in the connected premises, including the replacement of the tent structures over the gym and the athletics fields.
