The Organic Plan is a planning tool developed with the intention to establish the appropriate intervention to be used during the reconstruction works following the earthquake that struck the Emilia Romagna region in 2012. This Plan is a document that defines an overall strategy, outlines the fields of intervention and designs a systematic set of activities, projects and plans, compatible and coherent with the view of the Reconstruction Plan, urban tool launched by the Municipal Administration, in accordance with other public and private subjects, in order to encourage the reconstruction. It can be seen as a work in progress device, shaping along with the programmatic-institutional course of action of the Municipal Administration of Reggiolo, it analyses contexts, defines choices ed submits intervention proposals for the redevelopment of the town centre.
