The works complete an existing residential area, leaving spacious areas free of buildings that allow a full perception of the qualities of the surrounding environment. A wide green belt contributes to the conservation of the environmental and landscape setting, creating a novel system of “landscape corridors” opening out onto the countryside.
The compositional design of this residential complex consisting of 50 housing units is based on concepts of sustainable architecture with open and linear courtyard plans consistent with the spatial order of the territory, conveying clearly and with immediate impact the contrast between the “opening and closing” of different fronts.
