The residential complex project involves a new urban planning of the existing buildings, developing a new urban layout which makes the near Chiesa dei Servi stand out, changing and improving the road system of the old town fabric. The project involves the construction of three independent buildings connected through a “backdrop”, an imposing colonnade facing a wide public space retaining the configuration of the previous layout. The four-storey buildings are comprised of housing units, shops and offices, as well as a strictly residential, snug and more intimate green area.
