The Ex-Magazzini del Genio is a mainly cultural and gathering multifunctional area located in the old town of Boretto: the space is divided between a social centre with a café, a multipurpose hall and the Public Library. The project is intended as a redevelopment of historic as well as functional areas, the changes being inspired by contemporary society. The redevelopment works wish to be the first step of a much wider process of renovation, a “cultural effect” involving urban renewal and social welfare.
