The building was erected at the foot of the Canossa rocky hill, close to the escarpment located between the road leading to the old village and the castle. The house was probably a late 19th-century agricultural building, turned into a dwelling house in more recent times. The project involves restoration and strengthening works, as well as the addition of new technological systems.
