The project concerns the redevelopment of a built-on lot of land located within the border area between the old town and the south-east border of the most consolidated urban fabric of S. Ilario d’Enza. The new urban configuration of the complex ultimately preserves the morphology of the area, introducing a new layout of the public spaces, aiming to develop an interconnection between the old town and the more contemporary urban fabric. The surface area designated as public space is divided into high accessibility zones, shops and offices develop along a wide portico, green elements within the urban fabric characterise the interested area and organise the connections between different buildings.
